Terms

The fine print, kept short.

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms cover this website and the Plainbuilt assessment. Plainbuilt is run by me, Griffen, through Olsen Digital LLC, a California company. By buying the assessment or using this site, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The assessment is a one-time $499 purchase. It includes one call of about 30 minutes to the Plainbuilt Line, an AI voice agent, and a written plan delivered by email within 48 hours of a completed call. It doesn't include setup, builds, or ongoing work. If you want help with any of that afterward, I'll give you a fixed quote in writing before anything starts, and that work gets its own agreement.

Your purchase doesn't expire. Call whenever it suits you. If the call drops or something goes wrong on my end, you can call again.

The guarantee

If your plan doesn't identify at least 5 hours a week of work your team could cut or hand off, you get your $499 back. Here's how it works:

If you change your mind before you call, I'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What the plan is, and isn't

Your part

This website

The sample plan, calculator, and Busywork Log posts are general information with example numbers, not advice for your business. The site's design, copy, and posts belong to Plainbuilt. Please don't copy them wholesale. Use the site lawfully and don't try to break or misuse it.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, my total responsibility for anything related to the assessment is limited to the amount you paid for it, and I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by third-party tools. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived by law.

If something goes wrong

Email me first. Most problems get solved that way. These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute that can't be worked out directly will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California, or in small claims court if it qualifies.

Changes

If I update these terms, I'll change the effective date at the top. The version in place when you bought applies to your purchase.
